Everything about E.M.A. is ministry. E.M.A. was formed in 1933 for only one purpose - to assist ministers from Bible-believing denominations and independent ministries around the world in... FULFILLING THE GREAT COMMISSION.

E.M.A. is not "in competition" with denominations. It is E.M.A.I.'s desire to "bless" and "encourage" all ministers who are in ministry for the Lord regardless of where they may have received their ministry credentials.

It is the purpose of E.M.A. to:

1) provide "independent" ministerial credentials through E.M.A. for those ministers who qualify and are in need of licensing or ordination. E.M.A.'s ministerial credentials have been recognized for over 75 years in the United States and in many countries around the world. To be approved for association with E.M.A. fellowship, a candidate must meet the high standards we believe God is still requiring of those who are in ministry.

2) provide an "Affiliate Minister" status to those ministers who already have ordination credentials with a denomination, but desire to reach out beyond their denomination through E.M.A.I. to network and fellowship with other E.M.A.I. affiliated ministers around the world. An Affiliate Minister status is for the purpose of being associated with or joined together and is not ordination. Therefore receiving an Affiliate Minister status through E.M.A.I. should not cause a conflict with any denomination that realizes their denomination is not the "only one." They understand that the body of Christ is made up of many members in many various denominations and independent ministries.

E.M.A. is a ministry of integrity. E.M.A. has provided over 75 years of dependable service to its ministers! The integrity of the E.M.A. is built upon a solid foundation... the Holy Bible. Integrity is not an option, it is a must, for those desiring to be associated with E.M.A.. Since E.M.A. is a ministry of integrity, it is also a ministry of excellence.

There are many ministerial associations from which to choose, but we feel there is only a handful of associations truly desiring and maintaining the level of integrity we are prayerfully preserving in E.M.A.. We are continually doing our best to stay above reproach in every area of our ministry because we believe we are God's ambassadors wherever He calls us to represent Him. All ministers of this fellowship are required to maintain this same high standard of integrity. Because of E.M.A.'s many years of faithful service to ministers in America and around the world, if you are accepted into this fellowship, your ministry will benefit from this credibility.

E.M.A. is a teaching ministry. Anyone desiring to grow in the Word and prepare for leadership in the ministry, may have this opportunity through E.M.A.'s More Than Conquerors School of Theology. Credits earned through MTC are transferable to over 212 colleges in some 15 nations. Students may earn up to, and including, a Doctor of Theology. Since MTC is a correspondence school, no matter where a student may live, MTC is available and affordable.

E.M.A. is a ministry on the move. The latest equipment is employed by E.M.A. to serve the needs of the ministers who are united with us. E.M.A. has been on the cutting edge of ministry for over 20 years via computers and the internet.

E.M.A. is a ministry of missions. To help fulfill the Great Commission, MTC Bible schools have been planted in Romania, Ukraine, Nigeria and Nicaragua. There is a "Go Ye" spirit in E.M.A.. With outreaches in more than 40 nations, Mark 16:15 is a way of life.

All members of the administrative staff of E.M.A. are committed servants of the Lord. E.M.A. members have available to them, the opportunity to draw on the ministry experiences of E.M.A. staff members who will do their best to serve them.

E.M.A. is a ministry of opportunity. Credentials from a "recognized" ministry such as E.M.A., opens doors to prisons, nursing homes and hospitals; as well as, expands other opportunities of ministry for those men and women God has called to serve Him in this capacity.
